At Bau Geek, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
- Be returned in its original packaging;
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when:
- The item arrives damaged;
- The item has a manufacturing defect;
- The wrong item was sent.
In these cases, Bau Geek will work with the customer to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are manufactured on demand using 3D printing technology.
Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to complete the transaction.
